And just like that, the dating relationship is over. No matter what I did I couldn't seem to get over it and MOVE ON. Can we still be friends? Will a rebound relationship work? Should I still follow my ex on social media? I don't feel any closure at all about this breakup. What should I do if my ex is leaving me for someone else? So many questions and very few answers!

We spend all of our time getting ready for a new relationship but are never prepared for when it ends. We were independent and happy before all of this started, and now we're dependent and sad. Singleness and contentment are hard to find but it can be achieved with the right mindset. Here is some practical advice on relationships that I wish I'd known sooner.
