My Morning Routine: Larks vs Owls

I've seen a lot of morning routine videos but haven't seen one which discusses the different chronotypes developed by social scientists. There are two key chronotypes: larks, those people who get up early and go to bed at a reasonable time and owls, those who prefer to stay up late and sleep in:
