Preparation :
1)cut broccoli into pieces
2)Prepare 5 eggs
3)add 1 teaspoon of starch and half teaspoon of salt
4)Beat the egg and make sure all mixed well
5)Prepare sauce:
a) 2 spoonsfull ketchup
b) 1 teaspoon salt
c) 1 spoonfull white vinegar
d) 1 spoonfull light soy sauce
e) 2.5 teaspoons sugar
f) 7 spoonfull water
g) 1 teaspoon starch
h) mix well and set aside

Cooking:
1)Blanch the broccoli and set aside
2)Pour beaten eggs into hot wok, once cooked set aside
3)Cook the sauce until boil and add the egg
4)Keep frying until the sauce thicken
5)Last, arrange the broccoli and egg and serve hot
