Lead On, O King Eternal (DAW production for analysis)
This production of the old hymn, "Lead On, O King Eternal," uses mostly MIDI-recorded tracks played by software instruments. One "real, live" instrument used, however, is the electric guitar (notice the purple region with waveform audio in it). Things that would make this production even better and more professional would be:
1) Including at least one more real, live instrument - especially if it were the LEAD VOCAL track replacing the instrument (vibraphone) playing the melody.
2) Re-Mixing and adjusting levels to bring out good sounds and de-emphasize the more "synthy" sounds
3) Adding other MIDI-recorded tracks as desired (or re-recording one of the tracks that have already been MIDI-recorded)
