A NEW DEMONIC TUTOR? Splinter's Technique | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Magic: The Gathering

We have a brand-new card from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splinter's Technique.

For three and a black, it's a Sorcery, and it has Sneak for one and a black. You can return an unblocked creature from the battlefield that's attacking to your hand, much like Ninjutsu, but for spells.

And then search your library for any card, put it to your hand—basically Demonic Tutor. A lot of people are talking about this card in cEDH Rograkh/Silas because Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh has menace.

So that way you could play it turn one, attack turn two, and then use the Splinter's Technique to return Rograkh to your hand, get any card you want, and then you replay your Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh.

That said, this is another four-mana value spell in your Ad Nauseam deck. I wouldn't play it, but I'm open to being wrong. What do you think?
