With NIO's Q4 2020 earnings announcement on March 1st let's walk through some NIO stock analysis on why I am bullish for NIO stock right now, as well as how to trade NIO stock before and after earnings day.

1) NIO VEHCILE DELIVERIES: In 2020 NIO delivered 36,721 vehicles, which is a 111% year over year growth rate. In January of this year NIO delivered 7,225 vehicles, which is 4 times more than they delivered in January last year. While this information is already priced into NIO stock it shows the rapid growth potential of NIO for the future.

2) NIO FINANCIALS: NIO is not expected to be profitable yet. I see this as a win win for investors because the bar is set so low for NIO's q4 2020 earnings. There is not much NIO can do to disappoint in this earnings report, BUT a lot NIO can do to impress investors and cause an upward shift in NIO's stock price.

3) NIO STOCK PREDICTION: Wall Street are putting a median 12 month NIO stock price prediction of $68, which would be a 12 month return of 26%, with the majority of the analysts surveyed saying NIO stock is a buy right now.

4) NIO'S MARKET CAP: NIO is valued at over $85 billion, almost too big to fail. With a large presence in China, NIO stock has a solid foundation to build off of.

HOW TO TRADE NIO STOCK: I will be taking advantage of the current dip in NIO's stock price and will be dollar cost averaging as we approach NIO's earnings day. After NIO's earnings day I won't as aggressively dollar cost average but will top up my investment on the red days.
