Talk 1: Lizzy Morris (Agile Transformation Coach, Leadership Strategist & Executive Life Coach) with: "Agility of Everyday Living"
Synopsis: Regular people have nothing on us agilest. We have the skills to create the best personas ever and live them out. Sadly in helping others embrace being agile, we often don’t ever embrace it for ourselves. Instead, our professional masks deflect; they create the action of multi mirrors. Let us get back to seeing ourselves as an individual too!
Talk 2: Sunil Mundra (Author of 'Enterprise Agility' & Principal Consultant-Advisory at ThoughtWorks) with: "Principles of Agile Governance"
Synopsis: Traditional approaches to governance are aimed at optimizing for efficiency and predictability, while agility, among other things, is about adaptability, experimentation, and delivering the highest value at speed. In this brief talk, the speaker will share the key principles for governing projects and programs which are being executed based on Agile values and ways of working.
