Woman claims her identity was stolen by Bamban POGO

Merlie Castro, who appears in the SEC records as an incorporator of the raided Hongsheng POGO in Bamban, Tarlac, tells the Senate she was never involved in any corporation matters. She claims her signature was forged, and identity stolen. Castro also claims to know three other women named in the incorporation records, and claims that the three women are ordinary vendors.
