Should you brush your teeth or floss your teeth first ?!

We are going to end this age-old debate... right here.. right noww!!!

In this video I review the reasons why your dentist or orthodontist may recommend you floss before brushing or brush before flossing! I will go over the pros and cons of these two sequences and then tell you what I think is the best schedule / way to obtain proper dental and oral hygiene!
