Fallout 4 Livestream - Unbalanced RNG

Let's play some Fallout 4. I'm going unbalanced with the character. I'll set 2 SPECIALs (chosen at random) to 10. A 3rd SPECIAL (chosen at random) will get the remaining points and everything else will be set to 0.

I'll be playing lightly modded survival.

Rules:
- Can't buy weapons or armor
- Can't use guaranteed weapon/armor quest rewards (i.e. The Deliverer)
- Perk points from level ups will go to a random SPECIAL
