Trucks in ‘Trump train’ ‘troll’ Biden bus in Texas

THE FBI is investigating a "Trump Train" incident in which a Biden campaign bus was surrounded by a dozen trucks driven by Trump supporters.

Footage of the incident, which was filmed on Friday, has gone viral causing the FBI to look into what happened.

The Texas Tribune reported that the dangerous confrontation let the Biden campaign and state Democrats to cancel several events in Texas.

On Friday there was at least one minor collision on the Texas interstate between a campaign staffers car and the trucks full of Trump supporters.

Witnesses told the paper that those driving the trucks were waving flags and honked their horns while surrounding the Biden bus causing it to slow down.

Democratic officials say Trump supporters created a dangerous situation on Interstate 35 and continued following the bus into Austin.

Despite the obvious danger that the trucks caused, President Trump celebrated the incident on Twitter by sharing a clip of the caravan.

Written alongside the tweet Trump said: "I LOVE TEXAS!"

The bus tour was separate from vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris’ visit to the state Friday.

The FBI's involvement was confirmed by the Tribune by law enforcement sources.

Joe Biden's campaign's Texas spokesperson told the Tribune: "Rather than engage in productive conversation about the drastically different visions that Joe Biden and Donald Trump have for our country, Trump supporters in Texas instead decided to put our staff, surrogates, supporters, and others in harm’s way."

But according to Allen West, a spokesperson for the Texas GOP, dismissed the questions from the paper as "more fake news and propaganda" and told the media outlet: "Prepare to lose...stop bothering me."

Naomi Narvaiz, a Texas Republican Party official in San Marcos, told the Tribune that Trump supporters formed the convoy after learning of the bus’s movements up the interstate on Facebook from fellow supporters in San Antonio.

“We decided we would jump on 35 to show support for our president,” she said. “I didn’t see anyone being overly aggressive.”

It comes as cops declare a riot in Portland on Saturday as Antifa and BLM protesters smashed shop windows in a march "against capitalism".

Fired-up rioters lobbed projectiles at police and pepper-sprayed people passing by, police officers in the Oregon city said.

An 80-strong crowd marching from Irving Park at about 7.15pm towards the boulevard yelled, "No cops! No prisons! Total abolition!" according to The Oregonian.

As the crowd swelled to about 100 people, some started smashing windows of buildings they were passing.
