Superman and Lois are having a baby

The first issue of Injustice: Gods Among Us begins by showing a dark future where Superman has become Earth’s ruthless ruler, before flashing back five years to the events that started it all. Clark Kent happily discovers that Lois Lane is pregnant and excitedly shares the news with Batman, even asking him to be the baby’s godfather. Meanwhile, Lois and Jimmy Olsen investigate a lead at the Metropolis docks, where they are ambushed by the Joker and Harley Quinn.
