How to install a fan on the Intel NUC

Well, it had to happen, I guess. My NUC needs repair. The chassis fan in this Intel NUC - 7i7BNH finally got so loud that I knew it was about to die. I've ran this NUC as a home media server for 3+ years...24hrs a day...and only restarted it a few times.... Let's give this gal some love and put in a new fan.
