Move Emails Between 1&1 Ionos Accounts / Contracts

This is essentially migrating an expired email account from an old 1&1 Ionos contract to a new one. I usually do this when there's a nice new Ionos hosting package and signing up to that is a better option than renewing the old contract.

Currently, the best package is a $10/year .com domain with one free email account using the domain. So if you want to have your own email address using your own custom domain, I can set one up for you for $12/year. $2 for the management fee.
