Day 20 Update 💪 Shoulder Still Healing But We Keep Going
Day 20 Pull + Core Update 💪🔥
Shoulder still isn’t ready for pull-ups yet, so I skipped them today and focused on safer movements instead. Used resistance bands overhead to loosen and stretch the shoulder while still getting work in.
Today’s session:
🫀 Cardio 12–15 min
💪 Rows, band rows, curls & hammer curls
🔥 Core work + planks
⚡ Burpees to finish
Training smart, recovering properly, and still putting in the work every day. 💯
