In this full video tutorial you will learn the healthy expression of the defined throat center and the undefined throat center. You will also learn the unhealthy expression of the undefined throat center and the defined throat center.

Before you explore which centres (centers) in your chart you have defined or undefined, it is important to understand the dynamic of undefined and defined centers mechanically.

The Centers in your chart that are coloured in are defined, or fixed aspects of you that express daily, and the centers that are undefined, are places where you are taking in energies from those around you in your aura.
