PropStream Tutorial List Automator | **New Feature**

PropStream rolled out a list Automator feature that allows you to monitor addresses inside of your farm areas.

If you're a real estate investor or PropStream user this is GREAT news. You can effectively flag your mailing lists and sit back/wait for them to be updated automatically.

It also allows you to automatically add/remove addresses when they no longer fit your criteria. For instance, an absentee owner mailing list would automatically update if the property becomes owner-occupied removing it from your mailing list.

We will be "automating" my entire farm area (over 600,000 records) and testing it's effectiveness. I will report back with updates.

We historically have had really good luck utilizing PropStream's expired listings, bankruptcy, liens, and cash buyer data.
