A Trip down the St Clair River on the Str. S.T. Crapo
A late season trip in December of 1992 from Alpena, MI to Detroit, MI down the St Clair River on the 1927 built coal burning steamboat S.T. Crapo. Featuring scenes in the engine room and boiler room. The last sequence is my dad who was 1st assistant engineer operating the throttles on the triple expansion steam engine as they made the dock in Detroit, MI.
