A dog is a man's best friend. For this disabled dog, teh reverse is also true. It's owner, a man, is it's best friend. A man is a dog's best friend. Rob, a Richmond BC resident, brought his dog Greer out. Greer is 17 years old and disabled. So Rob has to take him out on a cart for some fresh air. A moving story that happened on the boardwalk of old Steveston fishing village. Also, moments later, at the same location at Murakami House, a lady pulled a train-cart of children passed by.
