In this video I bring you along with us on our hike on the Chemin des Dames trail in Randolph NH. The Chemin des Dames trail is one of the Terrifying 25 hiking trails. The Terrifying 25 is a list of the 25 most Terrifying hikes in the White Mountains in NH. We started at the Appalachia trail head in Randolph NH, we then took both Airline and Short line trails for short periods of time, we then got on the King Ravine trail and took it into the base of the King ravine, at the base of King Ravine we then took the Chemin des Dames trail to the top of the King Ravine headwall, at the top of the King Ravine headwall we took the Airline trail back to the Appalachia trailhead parking lot. There are about a half dozen Terrifying 25 hikes that you can accomplish via the Appalachia trail head. When you get to the top of the King Ravine headwall you can do a number of things, climb Mt Madison, climb Mt. Adams, hike or run a presidential traverse, climb Mt. Washington, or you can take a number of trails like Airline or Valley way back to the Appalachia trail head.
