Black Magic and Negative Energy have a lot of fluff around it — and the other day, when I unknowingly stumbled across a real Haunted forest, it struck me that we never really know the quality of the spaces that we land up in. We could be exposing ourselves and our children to all kinds of influences without even knowing it.
This took me on a little journey into the Indian methods of warding away negative energy. Back in the Motherland, both the science of wellbeing and the science of destruction are noted down in great detail. Because they studied this in such detail, they also had methods of warding away negativities. Many are practiced even today.

Of course, there’s always the slight crinkle of the nose at the very word, “energy,” let alone “negative energy.” But “negative energy” isn’t so otherworldly as many may think. In fact, YOU may be creating it yourself….. :-O
