Recently, what could be the largest corruption plot in the history of Argentina and one of the largest looting public funds operations in the history of the world has been uncovered.

The plot of the ·notebooks began when Néstor Kirchner became president of Argentina in May 2003 and continued under his wife’s presidency, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner until 2015. During these more than 10 years, billions of dollars were extracted from the Argentine government ‘s public treasury with two very clear objectives: to fill their pockets and consolidate the Kirchners’s power.

Politicians, judges, officials and some of the most important businessmen of Argentina participated actively in this whole operation.
