Twisted Cucumbers

Twisted cucumbers are a fun healthy party food/snack idea - I made these ones with a cheese rose in the centre. Just slice and twist your cucumber as shown, then cut a slice of cheese (Edam works well) into circles, halve, then shape into a rose to place in the centre of your cucumber.
