Religion-Adoption Lawsuit Can Continue
A Knox County couple's legal battle can continue after the state supreme court ruled that their lawsuit can continue. The couple is suing a state sponsored adoption agency, which reportedly approved the couple for foster and adoption support services before rejecting them because of their Jewish faith.
