I used a dumb phone for 30 days and here are some of the things I learned. I switched from my iPhone 11 to a Nokia 3310 taking on this dumb phone experiment while simultaneously getting a taste of digital minimalism. It was a pretty interesting experience to not have the internet at my fingertips anymore.

During the video, you’ll find out how I conducted the experiment along with some takeaways with the results of the experiment.
