Dealing with disappointment and frustration| Satsangh | Personal Experience

Imagine something unexpected happened to us and gave us great joy. We don't ask God, "Why? Why did this happen?" We happily accept it and maybe also think that we deserved it. But then, when something unexpected happens that makes us sad, we begin asking all sorts of questions to God. We firmly believe that we didn't deserve what happened.

Here are two personal experiences with Swami, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, that highlights this aspect and also provides a solution to overcome disappointment.
