For $130 off-contract, the BLU Life 8 XL features a 5.5" HD IPS display, 1.4GHz octa-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear and 2MP front-facing camera, 4G HSPA+, a microSD card slot for expandable storage, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat that will be upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
