DIRT CHEAP Center Cockpit Cruising Sailboat [Full Tour] Learning the Lines

For a 56 year old boat, Yellow Bird has a lot to like. She's a 1964 Chris Craft 35 foot Sailyacht. This was one of the first fiberglass boats to be built by Chris Craft.

She boasts a huge and protected center cockpit, an open aft deck, a separate aft cabin, and a functional and comfortable main saloon. It's a very unique layout for a 35 foot sailboat. She also has a full keel and a newer engine.

I believe the current asking price is indeed "Dirt Cheap" for the amount of value you get in this vessel. Also, since the seller is motivated, she is encouraging any reasonable offers to be made, so you might get a really good deal. Definitely do a survey.
