Excelsior Pass — Overview

Excelsior Pass is a voluntary, free and secure way to present digital proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results. Excelsior Pass empowers people to retrieve proof of their health information, which you can print out or download to your smartphone. Excelsior Pass is a convenient tool to be a part of New York’s safe and responsible economic reopening. Excelsior Pass is currently accepted at large sports venues and other venues and businesses across the state. Users can opt in and learn more at ny.gov/excelsiorpass.
