30 Minute Full Body Model Workout

This full body intervall workout is 30 minutes long, with 30 seconds of excersize und 5 seconds rest, no euqipment needed!

All excersizes are being repeated to get a good effect on each part of your body. The main focus is on the abs, glutes and legs whereas the overall planking stabilizes you and trains your core.

This workout is a workout that I do and strongly believe in myself - 30 minutes own bodyweight with high and low-intensity intervals and if possible, with no major breaks.

Of course I would advice beginners to take their breaks if needed!

Because of its length, this video is already an intermediate training, but can surely be done by beginners in a slower speed.

If you are advanced, you can always try to make 40 second intervalls instead of 30! This is a very basic but effective workout and everybody can make the best out of it.

A lot of girls have been asking me lately what I do for my workout to stay lean and skinny, but healthy and muscular, so I thought I will start sharing my own workouts to you girls out there.

My main advice is to be consistent, eat at least 80% healthy (don’t lie to yourself), and workout at least a few times in the week CONSISTENTLY.

In addition to my strength workouts I would always advice girls to go 40 minutes inclined (5-6%) FAST walking (don’t hold the bars ever). Its burns fat like hell and it schrinks your muscles and makes skinny legs. If you can not go to the gym, go for a run regularly but keep your heartbeat moderate.
