VENISON (BEEFY) ROLLUPS

Welcome to Cast Iron Wednesday!
This is a hearty and easy to make dish! Versatile in being able to use beef or venison, or minute steaks etc! I love to serve it with mashed potatoes and gravy! Make sure to check out the other Cast Iron Wednesday vids and channels and thanks to Native Tearz and Sholvelhead8!

1-2 lbs chip steaks or minute steaks or flank steak
8 cups filling

Lay out and roll as shown and bake at 350F for roughly 30-40 min.
I using minute steaks, you will have to cook them part way before being able to stuff and roll and finish baking.
