Questions to ask your loan officer:
- How much will I pay in fees?
- How much money will this refinance save me?
- When is my break even point?
- What can I do to pay less is fees

(Note, you should find the answers to all these questions yourself; the purpose of asking these questions is to see what your loan officer answers; this will help you know if your loan officer is looking out for your best interest or just out to make a buck. A good loan officer will ask you many followup questions to get as many specifics as possible)
