Chilli Grinding Plant | DP Pulveriser Industries

This video illustrates the complete grinding process of chilli. This plant is installed by DP Pulveriser Industries at Agartala's largest spice producer's factory.
Process: The whole chilli is fed manually from sacks into a vibratory feeder which subsequently conveys the material onto a cleated type belt conveyor. The whole chilli is first fed into a primary crushing hammer mill which crushes the chilli into flakes. These flakes are then set aside for storage in a large pan which also allows it to cool. These flakes are then fed into a hopper of a screw conveyor which conveys it into the first stage coarse grinding hammer mill and then into the second stage fine grinding hammer mill. This final chilli powder then moves to a vibro-sifter where a small fibre percentage is check screened and then subsequently for the final packaging.
Sister Masala is the one of the oldest spice manufacturer in Agartala and currently houses Agartala's largest Spice Processing Plant set up by DP Pulveriser Industries.
