Breaking Barriers: Creating a Framework for Conscious Leadership in Business

The business world is full of good leaders looking to create an impact. To build healthy and impactful businesses, leaders need to break from conventional models and think differently about how their organizations operate. Innovative frameworks and models can help leaders create environments that make a difference, where people are engaged, challenged, and supported, and where purpose, soul, and meaning are present.

In this Virtual Gathering Greg Harmeyer, CEO of TiER1 Performance Solutions and TiER1 Impact, will combine philosophy and practice to help remove barriers for leaders and how to shift the paradigm to better enable Conscious Leadership. Greg will explore the themes of employee ownership, honest profit, and how to navigate legal and ethical concerns in business.
