ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳಿನ ಸಿಹಿ ಖಿಚಡಿ | ಪದೆಂಗಿ (ತುಳು) | Moong Khichdi

Ingredients:
✅‌Moong - 1/2 Cup (ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು- 1 /2 ಕಪ್)
✅‌‌Rice - 1 Cup (ಅಕ್ಕಿ - 1 ಕಪ್)
✅‌Jaggery - 1 Cup ( ಬೆಲ್ಲ - 1 ಕಪ್)
✅‌Water - 4 ಕಪ್ (ನೀರು - 4 ಕಪ್)
✅‌Ghee - 10 Tsp (ತುಪ್ಪ - 10 ಚಮಚ)
✅‌‌Salt - 1/2 Tsp ( ಉಪ್ಪು - 1/2 ಚಮಚ)
✅‌Water -2 Glass ( ಉಪ್ಪು - 1/2 ಲೋಟ)

Tips:
✅‌If you want you can also add grated coconut at the end.
( ಬೇಕಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಂಗಿನ ತುರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಹಾಕಬಹುದು.)
✅‌Moong (Green Gram) helps to reduce the body temperature.
( ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು ದೇಹದ ಉಷ್ಣಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.)
