Flower Memorial Library which was built in Watertown NY by the generosity of Emma Flower Taylor, in memory of her father, Roswell P. Flower, who was once a Governor of New York. When Flower Library was dedicated in 1904, it was called "The most beautiful library in the United States" Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library is an historic library building located in Watertown in Jefferson County, New York.
