Ban Baat Monk Bowl Village

One of the last remaining handicraft villages in Bangkok.

They hand make monk offering bowls in the traditional way by hand.
Most are made out of steel, some are stainless steel or other metal and in many sizes.

They have a workshop on the busy corner of the main road to attract the tourists, but most of the work is done by a few families a few blocks away down a small alley.

I hope they can continue to support their families while keeping the traditions alive.
