FLUFFY COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE

BLACKENED TILAPIA

WHAT YOU NEED:
3 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp thyme

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp stevia blend or sugar

Cooking spray

Salt, as desired

Tilapia (or white fish), as desired
WHAT TO DO:
1-Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.

2-In a wide flat container, combine all the seasoning ingredients.

3-Gently press one side of fish filet into seasoning mix, flip, repeat, and check to make sure fully coated before placing on the baking sheet.

4-Coat all filets then bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on how much you're cooking + desired level of crispness. I cook until the edges are just crisp and center is tender.

5-Serve immediately or store for up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
