GTA IV - Max Settings GTX 1080 Quality Test

GTA IV is one of the most buggy games of all time, unable to be run reliably on a NASA computer. Forget max settings. I figured the GTX 1080 should make quick work of this. For the most part, there is no problem running GTA IV on max settings with this card, but every now and then, the frame rate dips into the high 30s. I do a comprehensive test in this video.
