Getting to know your drinks better is now as easy as ABCD! The new Nutri-Grade mark helps you understand the sugar and saturated fat content in your packaged drinks, so you can stock up with healthier options. Look out for drinks with the Nutri-Grade A or B mark, the Healthier Choice Symbol, or choose water instead.

✔️ Note: Certain Nutri-Grade C and D drinks may still be required in moderation for those with specific dietary needs, such as full cream milk for children aged 1 to 2 years, and 100% juice for seniors with difficulty in chewing whole fruit.
