Complexes & Mother Nature!
This workout has two components to it. The first is a barbell complex. A complex is a series of exercises performed one after the other without setting the bar down. This equates to 20-90 seconds of continuous work. The second component is a jog, burpee, or kettlebell swing. Watch the video for details!
