Walk through on an owner builders project

As a builder, we need to abide by stringent measures to ensure; Safety of those living in the home and the surround, stability of the home and materials used & longevity of the home and a sense of confidence that the home has been built correctly and to the National code.
Here we walk through a home and look over a few things in a home that has been built/ renovated and extended by an owner.
