Something most of us underestimate is the power of the mind to resist change. The problem is that the one constant in life is change, and much of our stress comes when life changes but we refuse to. Why do we resist change? Because change requires you to change your mind, to face and respond to truths with faith so you no longer argue and fight, but instead grow and change your life. As we move into a post-pandemic world, there will be many opportunities to improve the quality of our lives, live our purpose more effectively, and enjoy life more consistently. But this can only happen if we are willing to change our minds as God leads us to adapt to a changing world.
