Chinese BBQ in Backyard with my circus-something happened unexpected😆后院烧烤

We were enjoying some family time at the backyard! And my son had to make some troubles , And my daughter's comment in the end about YouTube subscription is a real opinion lol
Here are the recipes in the video:

Chicken satay Chinese style marinade:
2 lbs Chicken breast or Chicken thigh
2 stalks lemongrass, white parts only
4 cloves garlic
1 big shallot or 4-5 small ones ( peel and chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Sichuan chili powder
2 tbsp Sugar or honey
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder
1 tbsp water

Chinese BBQ potatoes:
1lb red potatoes
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp cooking oil (canola oil)
1-2 tsp Sichuan chili pepper powder
1 tsp Sichuan pepper corn powder
1 tsp Ground black pepper powder
Salt to taste
