TRAINING ROUTINE DAY 4
Here you will find your training routine for today.
1 WARM UP – 10 MINS
Jumping rope, treadmill, running or any kind of jumps
2 STRETCHING
Stretch your muscles before training to prevent any injuries and prepare your body to perform
3 SHADOWBOX – 3 MINS
Do your Shadowbox work daily before each training
4 COMBO ONE-TWO-ONE-TWO-SWITCH LEFT KICK-RIGHT KICK – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
5 COMBO JAB-LEFT FAKE-RIGHT KICK-PUNCH – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
6 COMBO PUNCH-LEFT HOOK-SWITCH LEFT KICK-RIGHT ELBOW – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
7 COMBO 2-3 LEFT HAND CHECKS-RIGHT BLOCK-LEFT KICK – 30 TIMES
Very calm check with left hand and powerful & explosive Right Block-Left Kick
8 BAG WORK (3-4 STRIKES WITH HANDS & KICK) – 3 MINS
Start with boxing combination (3-4 strikes) and finish with right or left kick
9 DOUBLE RIGHT KICKS – 20 TIMES, DOUBLE LEFT KICKS – 20 TIMES
Powerful and explosive pairs of Body Kicks. 20 pairs for each leg
10 SWITCH LEFT KICK-RIGHT KICK – 20 TIMES
20 pairs of Switch Left Kick-Right Kick
11 PUSH KICKS – 40 TIMES TOTAL
Changing Left and Right Push Kicks, 20 times each leg
12 PUSH UPS – 20 TIMES
Do your Push Ups daily in the end of training to make your arms stronger
13 SIT UPS – 60 TIMES
Daily 60 Sit Ups in the way you like to make your abdomen strong
