- cinnamon and cane sugar
- powdered sugar

Cut the pears in half and remove the pits.
We make longitudinal shallow notches.
Dip the center into a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and place it on the pre-rolled dough.

Cut the pears according to the shape, retreating 1 cm.
Don't forget to form the leaves 🌱
Drizzle with honey (the original recipe calls for brushing with yolk)

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Sprinkle with powder and serve warm 🍂

(you can put cottage cheese or splits with nuts in the middle of the pear)
