Starfield 2025 - Furnished 2x2 hab added and tested

So far no real issues surfaced. Made the top and bottom version. Will made another variant of the 2x2 for sure; but not planning currently to make any middle versions as I tend to either build with the top or the bottom. Since this was patterned off an empty I guess it acts like an empty and punched a portal everywhere. The 2x2 I pulled out would keep the washroom and I would like to keep that if I can. Maybe I can find out what is different and make it happen.

Not sure why the coffee bar and table top aren't populating all of the grouped items. Get the same issue with the bar and the bottles on the shelf, some ship it populated and more frequently it doesn't. Just like the door that has decided to persist on most of my 3x3's; but not all. Weirdness to figure out why that happens.

As for the Lazarus plant, that's an experiment. Since resetting a mod causes items that triggered already to re-trigger, I am wondering if the ship instance will cause the plant to retrigger. Likely will not keep it in the permanent version of the hab, see how I feel about it over time and if I learn anything about what makes it continue to be active.
