A "spa day for your muscles" that increases flexibility! Jana and her team lead you through a series of stretches - follow along to your preferred difficulty among the three options being shown by the team!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts, no equipment required.

Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF

WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 9AM on select days: Stretches and Yoga
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)
