Uddiyana
Uddiyana and Nauli (part one and two, see separate videos) , 8 of each every morning on getting up before practice.
Stand in Tadasana, hip width apart feet. Second toe in line with the centre of the heel. Take a deep breath in, expel the air forcibly out of your nose as you bend over. Exhalation retention, three bandhas, full mulha, uddiyana, and jalandhara, stand up hands on the hip, inhale when you need to, do not hold the breath out so long that you are struggling. Be in your comfort zone.
