Learn how to paint the sky, ocean, waves and beach in this, step by step, acrylic painting tutorial. This lesson is perfect for beginner-intermediate artists.
In this, step by step, painting tutorial, you can learn several painting techniques including color mixing, dry brush, glazing, and blending.
This tutorial is very simple and has a stopping point for beginner artists. If you feel confident and want to continue, I show you how you can finish off the painting.

The colors I used in this set includes:
cadmium yellow Medium Hue, quinacridone magenta, ivory black, phthalocyanine blue (Green shade), brilliant blue, Bronze yellow, and two titanium white. I also use bronze metallic paint, same brand. Paints - https://amzn.to/2RWkBHn and iridescent paints - https://amzn.to/2zcogdt Have fun painting!
The water is: brilliant blue, phthalocyanine blue, and white combinations. Add black to the blue in the shadow areas. White is used for the waves.
The sand is: Bronze metallic with white. Bronze yellow and white can also be used.
The sunset is: magenta with cadmium yellow and white (use water to make it transparent)
